Is the Obama Administration in Contempt for Stalling on Oil Drilling?

in February, the U.S. Dept of  Interior was found to be in contempt, citing "dismissive conduct" by blocking offshore drilling during last year's Gulf spill. Judge Martin Feldman has ordered the Interior Dept to issues its finding and ruling on several permit applications that have been stalled for more than a year in a thinly veiled stalling behavior directed by the Obama administration.  Now, with oil over a hundred dollars a barrel and gas already over $4 in some of the nation's larger population centers, the strangle-hold tactics being used by the administration is about to deal a pulse stopping blow to the economy on life-support and barely showing a heartbeat. The question now is, whether or not the Executive Branch will act in a responsible way to save the patient?
