In the wake of the massive and tragic earthquake which struck Japan, one nuclear reactor has experienced a meltdown and several others are now showing signs of possibly doing so.  Not surprisingly, some are already citing this situation as reason and cause to avoid the use of nuclear power in the U.S. Is the argument valid or is there an alternative?

Congress will coven hearings this week to explore the reasons underlying radicalism of Muslim adherents in America. Is the Obama Administration in Contempt for Stalling on Oil Drilling?

in February, the U.S. Dept of  Interior was found to be in contempt, citing "dismissive conduct" by blocking offshore drilling during last year's Gulf spill. Judge Martin Feldman has ordered the Interior Dept to issues its finding and ruling on several permit applications that have been stalled for more than a year in a thinly veiled stalling behavior directed by the Obama administration.  Now, with oil over a hundred dollars a barrel and gas already over $4 in some of the nation's larger population centers, the strangle-hold tactics being used by the administration is about to deal a pulse stopping blow to the economy on life-support and barely showing a heartbeat. The question now is, whether or not the Executive Branch will act in a responsible way to save the patient?

Florida Judge says The Obamacare Death Clock is Ticking

Judge Vinson has had all he can stand and he can't stand no more of the delaying tactics of the Obama administration. He has given them seven days to submit an appeal to his ruling on the Healthcare Act as unconstitutional or he will "pull the plug" on Obamacare's life support. Several media outlets portrayed this as a victory for the highly controversial Act, while conservative giant, Rush Limbaugh, pointed out in this article and commentary that it was anything but.

"Heart Attack Grill" Spokesman Bites It at 29

At 575 pounds,  Blair River, spokesman for the infamous "Heart Attack Grill," died on Tuesday. The 6-foot-8 River was a Larger than life representative of the iconic hamburger restaurant which features massive portion sizes with equally massive calories. Additionally, River was an Arizona state heavyweight wrestling champion in 1999. Rest in Peace sir.
